At long last, the public steam page for Atlyss has been published! If you're interested, give it a wishlist and share it around. It has been a while since the last devlog, but I am still here-- ruthlessly developing the project day in and day out. The framework for the game is pretty much solid enough to press on into the content department for the project as everything is set in place.
With that being said, there will still be a new public demo released here on itch soon, and it will most likely be the last build released on the itch page as I continue to work with the steamworks version of the game as the primary focus. I just need a little bit more time to make the game the best it can be as a vertical slice experience.
If you'd like to try what i've been making early, I still release builds quite frequently on my patreon page. As the game continues to be worked on w/ steamworks integration, I'll be looking into providing temporary beta keys by a bi-monthly / monthly basis for supporters. Still need to look into how to do it effectively w/o any potential mishaps / issues.

I'm really excited for this game, definitely buying it as soon as it fully comes out!
Possibly a stupid question; with the game being made primarily for steam, will that affect any of the content of the game? I'm not familiar with making games for steam or what makes it different from making a game for itch.
I can't blame you, but it's too bad Steam has such power and focus that it's not worthwhile to put it on both at the same time.
